Photoshop CC 2018 curvature pen tool line (and other things) not displaying!

I seen here on forum this is not firs time but I didn't find solution!

My Path Options (default wire line which is difficult to see ) and other things (change brush - red color with muse help) sometimes turn off and I don't know why. With graphic card all good, before I use 2017 and all be ok, now with 2018 I have these problems.

I I close program (Photoshop) and open it again - all good! But this help in firs few minutes only (10-20min)

Is this a bug?

Your system info shows a perpetual licence, there is no perpetual licence for Photoshop CC only a subscription

same bug here (pen tool crashing (blue lines become dark) & zoom crashing after pen tool crash) , monthly subscription though, and kinda fed up with restarting photoshop every 10 minutes..

Anyone found a way to fix this ?
