Photoshop CC 2018- Initializing Menus fails to launch.

When I attempt to launch Adobe Photoshop CC 2018, it launches and proceeds to shutdown after it reaches 'Initializing Menus'. I have reset preferences, uninstalled and reinstalled as well as having signed out and back into Creative Cloud. The program does launch fully when my computer is booted in safe mode. Does anyone know what the best method would be to get it to launch without safe mode since its rather inconvenient to not have networking whenever I need to use Photoshop CC 2018.

Hi thomasp,

We're really sorry for all the hassle. Do you see any error message when Photoshop proceeds to shutdown? Also, please update the Graphics drivers on your machine from the manufacturer website and check if that helps.
