Photoshop CC 2018 kept overwriting my shortcuts settings for the last 3 weeks.

Just like the tittle said, my photoshop doesn't stop to overwrite my shortcuts settings, it's getting really annoying that everytime I want to use the software and use the shortcut, they had been replaced for the defaults one...

Hi

Shortcuts can be saved as part of your workspace so switching to your workspace may be overwriting changes you made previously. Try enabling your shortcuts then saving a new workspace with shortcuts included

    It sound like you have a problem on your machine. Some Action, Script, plug-in or a Bug  is changing your Photoshop keyboard Shortcuts set to Photoshop Defaults. Or Perhaps you reset your Photoshop User ID Preference or they are being reset by something.  I did not think they get reset thie resetting ones preferences.  I see two file in my preferences forder for them. "Keyboard Shortcuts Primary.psp" and "Keyboard Shortcuts.psp"
