Photoshop CC 2018 plug-ins not visible in the Filter pull down menu

I ran a successful uninstall of my old NIK plugins in order to install the latest version.

Ran uninstall

Success

But now all of a sudden NONE of my other plugins are loading.

They are all present in the plugin folder, but do not show up in the filter pull down menu. Help.

    OK. I figured it out. Not sure how it happened in the first place, but I deleted the following folder, relaunched, and all better now
