Photoshop CC 2019 20.0.2 still crashes at startup

Photoshop CC 2019 still unusable since first installed.  After splash screen, "Sorry, something went wrong. This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues, please see our troubleshooting guide."

- Photoshop 2019 20.0.2  (was hoping latest update would solve issue since 20.0.0)

- Mac Os 10.14.2 Mojave

- no plugins/add-ons/extensions (3rd party or otherwise)

- 2018 works fine but really need to get 2019 working (have need of new features)

- definitely connected to internet

What I've tried so far:

- went through steps in basic troubleshooting guide

- uninstall/reinstall 2019 and 2018 (rebooted many times)

- uninstall/reinstall CC

- renamed "Spaces" plugin folder to "~Spaces"

- ran Adobe CC Cleaner tool

- reinstalled 2019

- updated to 20.0.2

- added Photoshop 2019 to Mac system preferences -> security & privacy -> accessibility -> privacy

- gave up and went back to 2018

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Have got two versions - CC-2019 & CC-2015. Both crash on closing the document or whatever action - so, random causes.

System: Intel Core I-5 (CabyLake) UHD 620, 16 Gb DDR4.

Problem with 3D-engine - some conflict on Graphics engine - check out the screenshots.

I have got Dell Inspiron 7573 notebook. Both Dell & Intel send me notifications on update - but in my case the problem is, that Dell's mainboard has one set of firmware drivers for chipset and UHD 620 - and Intell offers it's own set.

Recent update of video drivers from Dell causes conflict in Adobe's 3D engine somehow - Intel Online Hardware check says "refer to the manufacture"

Turning off == Use Graphic processor == on Photoshop settings STOPS crashing of the program permanently.

Though ain't resolving the initial bug - now at least I can use the Photoshop.

If other versions of Photoshop work on your machine use one of those versions perhaps the next CC 2019 update will fix the problem your having. Also check the you have all Apple's update installed for your Mac model.. Like you are doing use CC 2018
