Photoshop CC 2019 changes every tool into a cross ( + )

Question

Why all tools of photoshop change into cross ( + ) on my work area when i use offline ?  Please tell me that  how i fix it ?

Hi there,

Sorry that most of the tools is Photoshop 2019 are showing a cross sign.

Most common cause of this issue is the Caps Lock key. Have you checked whether the Caps Lock key is enabled on your keyboard or not?
