Photoshop CC 2019 crashes in OS X 10.14.1 Mojave

Please be aware that if you are running two monitors and Photoshop crashes when you open Photoshop,  try moving the Photoshop app to the default monitor (the same monitor that display the splash screen).  I found that if Photoshop is not running from the same monitor that PS starts from, the app will crash.  In addition, I have experienced that the PS app reliably crashes when I try to drag the PS window to a different monitor.  This is an Adobe issue since no other app has the problem.   BTW.  This same issue occurs with  Adobe Acrobat as well.
