Photoshop CC 2019 Crashing: macOS mojave?

I just started having this problem today. I have had both Photoshop CC 2019 and macOS mojave installed on my system since their respective releases.

Photoshop launches as normal, but is significantly slower and lagging. I have not had performance issues as bad as this since its installation. When I attempt to use certain tools, such as the Rectangular Marquee Tool, or add adjustment layers, Photoshop crashes. I uninstalled Photoshop, ran the Creative Cloud Cleaning Tool, and reinstalled, expecting the problem to be fixed but it did not work. I figured I would downgrade to Photoshop 2018 and wait until the bug was fixed: I uninstalled Photoshop 2019, restarted my computer, and installed Photoshop 2018, but the same issues are still occurring. This leads me to believe the problem is with my operating software.

Has anyone else had problems running Adobe applications on mojave? Does anyone have a solution to this problem or some advice? Any and all help is appreciated, thank you.

Running this `defaults delete -g NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance` in Terminal solved my problem

I see the line you listed as a correction to the issue(`defaults delete -g NSRequiresAquaSystemAppearance`) but I have no idea how I would enter said info.

This worked! It looks like everything is running as it should now. I'll update this post if I run into more problems. Thanks so much.

Yes. having the same issue on macOS Mojave 10.14.3. Photoshop 20.0.2

Instantly crashes when using 'Marquee' tool to make a selection. Tried re-installing, clearing preferences, and unchecking 'Use Graphics Processor' under 'Perfomance'
