Photoshop CC 2019 - just started crashing upon launching on Windows 10

I've noticed that my Photoshop CC 2019  (Windows 10/64 bit) just started crashing over the last few weeks.    Just less than a month ago it was fine.   Now I can't get it to work at all.   I've updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted,  all numerous times - and it just won't work.   PS continues to crash when I launch it every single time.    Does anyone have any ideas or a fix?   It'd be nice to be able to use it again 🙂

Hi Sahil,

Since Photoshop can't launch I can't provide the System Info because I can't even get that far.   My system also has the latest video drivers also.  I checked that with Dell.

Hi

Can you check Windows event viewer for errors relating to Photoshop.exe in the application log, to open event viewer click on the start button and type event viewer then click to open it

Select application on the left and then filter current log on the right

Put a check mark in error and click OK

My event view looks very different than yours.  I don't know how to proceed.

Hi Ryan,

Sorry to hear about Photoshop is crashing upon launching, could you please share Photoshop's Help > System Info dialog text here?

Also, please check if there is any update available for the Graphics drivers on the manufacturer's website and let us know if it helps with the crashes.

Regards,
Sahil

Is there anything I can test or try?   I need to be able to use Photoshop soon for a project of mine.
