Photoshop CC 2019 (latest) very very slow with very large files

It's still a disaster. After 5 .1 updates issues are not solved at all. Just to make an example, take a single layer file of about 70000 pixel x 30000 (normal size for my kind of work) and try to crop. Prepare yourself for a veeeeery looooong pause… Same if you need to patch or clone something… In CC 2018 it's always instant. And I could go on forever. Are not the settings, I've tried EVERYTHING. The app is simply very slow with most task with large files. Stop. CC 2018 is ok.

Hope Adobe engineers are on the track to solve because after so many months I'm losing my patience.

I'm on the latest Mac Book Pro with 32GB of ram and 2TB disk. Same operations with CC 2018 are perfect. No waiting time. So it's NOT the machine!!!

Sorry for a bad experience with Photoshop's performance, let's make it right.

Could you please share Photoshop's Help > System Info dialog text here? As it would be helpful for us to troubleshoot further.

This is my System info but please be assured I've tried EVERYTHING in the last few months and non of these issue ever happened with CC 2018. And this immense slowness happens in a significant way only with very large files, nothing is so evident with normal files, even with many layers. It seems that the blocking issue is the pixel size, not the file size.
