Photoshop CC 2019 missing desktop shortcut on computer?

Hi, I'm on Mac High Sierra. I have installed photoshop CC 2019 on my computer (I can see it and open it with finder) but the desktop shortcut on my computer isn't available (one was added for Bridge 2019 but not for photoshop CC 2019 - the only one I can see is photoshop CC 2018). How can I fix this situation?)

    Did you attach it to the dock? Is it in the launch pad at all?  I had to attach it to the dock myself

    I finally figured it out (dragged the folder to the launchpad Icon). Thanks a lot for your swift reply.
