Hi there,

Sorry to hear about Photoshop crashing at launch, it seems to be a permissions issue.
Thank you for providing the crash logs.

Could you please try creating a new user account for testing purpose and let us know if you're able to open Photoshop on that account?

Thank you very much for your answer,

I was re-installing photoshop 20 for that manipulation, and photoshop launched this time.

BUT I still had a message that i had prior to the problem that says "could not load default keyboard shortcuts because the file was not found, please reinstall photoshop" with no menu shortcuts available.

Well I figured that uninstalling deletes everything except the keyboard shortcuts. I switched the language in the creative cloud to English, so it didn't download the French that was set before and apparently it was still searching for that. manually deleting the keyboard shortcuts in the photoshop folders, both CC 2019 and 2018 and reinstalling, made it work!
