Photoshop CC 2020 frozen.

Question

I have been doing several projects at a time and now my photoshop is frozen. The cursor is just a group of dots in a circle and is frozen. I have tried restarting Photoshop and even installing and uninstalling but to no avail. Maybe to many projects at once has jammed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Robert

If an uninstall/reinstall didn't help it, it's definitely not about the computer processing too many images at once, at this point.

I recommend trying the uninstall using the Photoshop Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Then restart your computer and reinstall from the Creative Cloud App.
