Photoshop CC 2020 not loading.

Question

When I try and load up PS 2020 from either the CC App or my desktop it fails to load, when I go into my Task Manager and see PS running but it only shows it using 20mb which I know is wrong, I have shut it down from the TM and re-tried several times, I have also deleted PS 2020 and re-installed with no luck, I have deleted the prefs file as described in another post regarding this problem.

Has anyone got anything in mind that might help me get PS running again please? I have tried several of the fixes with zero luck.

Hi there,

That shouldn't be happening as Photoshop 2020 is not loading as it fails to load on your Windows computer.

Would you mind removing the app using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and then reinstall it?/
