Photoshop CC 2020 - Video stuck at Initializing Video Export

Hi , 

I am trying to save a video on photoshop (Timelapse) but it is stuck on initilizing video export since ages! what is the solution?

my MacBook pro is brand new 2020 though! and i am using CC 2020 last update!
