Photoshop CC forgets Printer Presets that I have saved

Question

I am running Photoshop CC on a Windows 10 computer and printing on an Epson SC-P700. I have created about ten Photoshop printer presets. Some of them are "sticky" while others simply disappear from the presets menu in the Epson print dialog. I have checked my permissions on the folder "D:\Users\John\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023" and I have all needed permissions. I'm guessing that the printer presets are hiding somewhere else.

Printer presets, and saving of same, are part of the Epson driver software. Perhaps contact Epson support about your issue
