photoshop cc frozen
So my photoshop is stuck, as in blue circle constantly going round and round. Will not let me click on anything. Tried ctl z etc but nothing happening .
need to save image that is trapped !

Sounds like Photoshop has crashed – anything after you last saved would have been lost. If you have incremental back-ups, or have later versions of Photoshop with automatic file saving selected you may be able to retrieve the document.
Always make incremental back-ups of documents and for anything important keep copies off-site.
