Question

Hi there,

That doesn't sound good. Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working with?

Also, could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Regards,
Sahil

I do have the same problem, it is inpossible to use the option "Video rendern". I tryed already the reset and unfortunately there is no change. I did it with the newst version (2022) on MacOs Big Sur 11.5.2. I realy need this option, because I build a complex workflow for a hughe project ... I have no other option here.

Thank you for your help!

Thankfully, I found the solution in a other thread:
"I figured out the problem was caused from a 3rd party plugin (insta360 premiere plugin) that was installed in the following path "/library/application support/adobe/common/plug-ins/7.0/mediacore"

empty that folder, reboot, and it should work!"
