Photoshop CC icons are too small

I have Photoshop CC and the icons are too small for me. I've tried going to preferences>interface and changing the UI scaling. The only options are Auto, 100% and 200%. The auto and 100% seem to have no difference in size and the 200% is a little too large. Is there any way get an in between size? Or a way to ONLY adjust the icon size? Any help is appreciated!

I tried that and it has no effect on photoshop

I just double-checked, and changing my monitor resolution is changing the icon size in Photoshop. Can you post a screenshot of the resolution you are using now with PS in the background and also the one you tried changing to that had no effect? That will help us to troubleshoot why it does not work for you.
