Photoshop CC Library issues when double clicking library items

Hello there,

I've got some issues using libraries in PS (items coming from PS itself or InDesign).

First my setup: Windows 10, PS Version 23.1.0

I'm trying to build up a library with different items to use with my team. So I've created some smart objects (bitmaps converted to smart objects) and dragged them from the layer palette to the library window. They all appear in the library, I can then drag them into an empty document by pressing ALT + mouse drag, so they appear as embedded smart objects again in the document. As I don't want to have the originals changed by mistake from one of my team members, I'm the only admin of the library. When double clicking on an item in the library window, normally the object should be opened separately and I could edit it, save again and the library would be updated. But now, an "Open File" dialog appears, so I could not edit the originals anymore. What's could be here the problem? What I'm doing wrong? Some of the library items can be edited. Some not...

Can anyone help, or is it a known issue?

Kind Regards

Peter

Ok, it's probably an issue, when using the character "%" in the library item name.
Using "Bubble 20%" as a name forces PS to open up the "Open File" dialogue.

Renaming the item to "Bubble 20 percent" forces PS to correctly edit the library item...

I think, this should be fixed, Adobe? You should filter out this character in the name space...

Greetings
