Photoshop CC:shortcut to rotate clone stamp

Natively, this is Alt+Shift+< or >, but that's a bit of a stretch for one hand. Is it possible to customize this to say Alt+Shift+Q or W? I can't find anything in the shortcuts menu.

Thanks for the response - I well understand how to customize keyboard shortcuts but I can't find this particular one and I'm wondering if it's un-customizable, The Clone Stamp panel shows up but that command is not in it.

The default keyboard shortcuts are un-customizable.
