Photoshop CC - the selection frame and text highlighting suddenly disappeared

Hello everybody,

 

While working with Photoshop, texts could suddenly no longer be selected and marked. The cursor was also no longer visible.

 

I've already tried a few solutions:

  • Performance Settings to Basic
  • CMD + H
  • Reset Preferences On Quit

But unfortunately none of this helped me.

 

Does somebody still have an idea?

I use Adobe Photoshop V 22.0.0 20201006.r.35 2020/10/06: 4587a1caa63 x64
Windows 10 64-Bit

Yes this has bee reported here many times, Hopefully also to Adobe on their feedback site. You Actually can select text  however it does not select the text  you try to  try to select, You cans also get Programs error message with the text tool. Photoshop 2021 seems to have some performance problems. Thing like selecting, deleting text characters or moving a selection are painfully slow and do not work correctly at times.  Photoshop 2021 has issues the need to be addressed,

    Mein Problem besteht weiterhin. Ich habe mein Abo nun wieder gekündigt und benutze die lauffähige Version CS6
