Photoshop cc wont open on mac

Error code: 1

Photoshop wont open it is asking me to uninstall and reinstall photoshop but it wont let me uninstall it!

Please help...also is there not a number to call to get help from photoshop??

    Go inside your Photoshop folder and look for Uninstall Photoshop CC 2017.app and run it.
