Question

Photoshop cc2022 Zoom, Canvas and Performance is Choppy

I've been having a very frustrating experience with this "choppiness". There are times when Photoshop works just fine, as intended and smoothly, but very often it starts doing very weird stuff when the brush line is very brick-like or choppy and zoom is choppy as well. It does that too often, so that's a big issue in my professional workflow. It does the same on all Photoshop versions around the board and yes, I have updated my drawing tablet drivers and Nvidia drivers to the latest version.
I have a video example of this happening, hopefully, it will clear out:

In the video, you see that the brush line is absolutely terrible and it's impossible to paint high-quality pictures with performance like this as well as very very choppy zoom. Hopefully, you got the idea. So, I really appreciate any fixes and tips so I don't need to "pray" every day that today my Photoshop will work ok. Thank you in advance.

Maybe try this:  Go to Preferences >Technology Previews and check Deactivate Native Canvas. Then quit and restart Photoshop; any better?
