Photoshop closing out instantly when I click "File"

I can open Photoshop, do edits/designs, but when I click anything in the top bar, Photoshop instanlly closes out. Can't export anything, only can CTRL + S for save.

I uninstalled it and re-installed but the issue is still happening. Only is happening with Photoshop, no other Adobe products are effected.

It might be time for the Adobe cleaner tool

Hi, if resetting the preferences did not work, I would uninstall and reinstall, from the creative cloud application.

@Ged_Traynor I tried manually resetting the preferenece and the same issue still occured.

Regarding the photoshop help > system, I can't even click that. Closes out because it's on the top bar in Photoshop. Is there another way to get to it?

@Joseph30355080ye5o try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences
https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

Also can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
