Photoshop Cloud Document is disconnected

Hi, I have an issue where Photoshop 2021 always has Cloud Documents showing as disconnected.

I receive "You're disconnected" screen when I start photoshop.

Weird thing is, other creative cloud programs (like InDesign and Illustrator 2021) have no problems connecting to cloud documents when launching.

What can I do to fix this?
