Photoshop cloud file won't load

Hello!

I was working on a photoshop file, I saved it on the cloud to use another computer to print it.

I made sure to close everything on the other computer after the first print.

When I got back on the computer I was working on, I can no longer open the file. My photoshop will just not load it, or it will crash. I tried to download the file from the assets.adobe.com website, but I can't download it either it just downloads it infinitely. I'm a bit lost, I assume the file is somehow corrupted and I lost it, but I'd like to see if there is a solution to save it.
