Photoshop Cloud Libraries not updating menu screenshots from external site

Hi everyone,
I am using Photoshop CC and storing images and menu screenshots in the Cloud Libraries.

I am trying to pull content from an external website:
https://arabicmenu.org

However, the images sometimes do not sync or update properly in Photoshop.
I have tried:

  • Refreshing the Cloud Libraries panel

  • Re-linking Smart Objects

  • Checking internet connection and firewall

  • Restarting Photoshop and Creative Cloud

Even after all these steps, some images from the website do not appear updated in Photoshop.

Is there a recommended workflow to ensure that external content like restaurant menu images updates properly in Photoshop CC?

Thanks in advance for your help!

@arabic_6446 Hang on a second, are you trying ‘sync’ an external website to Photoshop and Adobe Cloud Libraries? If so, this is NOT possible unless you use Adobe Capture (https://helpx.adobe.com/mobile-apps/help/capture-faq.html) . I would save the menu images from the website to a folder on your computer and then place images as linked images (not embedded—you can tell in the layers panel when you see the chain link icon 🔗 (but more vertical than this emoji). Whenever the website menu changes, just download the new pics and save it over the old one on your computer and it should update automatically https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/placing-files.html
