Photoshop Cloud Sync

Hi,

when trying to download an iPad uploaded file which I can browse also online on CC web on MacOS Photoshop I all the time get an sync error. Doesn't matter which file I try (see screenshot).

My Mac is well internet connected and all is up-to-date (MacOS 11.5.2 and Photoshop 22.5).

Any help available?
