Is this a new issue or first time attempting to sync?

Have you checked your interent connection for any firewall/antivirus blockages?

Also have you checked for app updates in the Apple store?

Hi yes I've tried all of those it's a reoccurring issue and I don't know how to fix it.

Do you have the Adobe Creative Cloud app installed as well? Is that syncing properly?
