Photoshop Communities

Where have communities  like Photoshop Scripting, Photoshop Elements gone or have the been delete? There was list of Adobe Forum that no longer exist.  And the URL in my Bookmarks get redirected to somewhere I don't want to experience.  If  a URL in by Bookmarks  like https: // forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop/photoshop_scripting no longer exist longer exist I would rather get a 404 error. IMO the new change is off with a rocky start. Old timers have had to deal with many changers over the years.  Some were easy to adapt to other hard.   The one I think will fall hard bad experience.  The Adobe Forum Search URL

https://forums.adobe.com/search.jspa still works and I can Search the old Photoshop Scripting Forum the hits seem to be moved to the Actions and Script  the Url for Photoshop Scripting in the hits get redirected to Photoshop.  I have yet to determine is Actions and Scripting is separate or just lumped into Photoshop.   So far the change is a mess. 

I also can not  find this post on the web site. I see it here where I edit and post it my post does not seem to work work and post it toe the Photoshop Forum whate I was trying to post to??
