Photoshop components/tool Separated

Ok, this is the first time this has happened to me in more than 10 years of Photoshop. How do I get the Photoshop segments/controls (menu bar, tools, stage, control window) to come back together into one piece? In this stage, it wont's allow me to even move the application to my external screen. I've tried reset essentials, scrolled trhough general, workspace and tools. Nothing intuitive to me.
