Photoshop constantly crashing, deleting projects and removing all brush presets.

This is the 5th time my Photoshop has crashed 'because of an error' and had deleted all my current projects as well as all my brush presets. i can also no longer just drag brushes into photoshop I have to import all the 200+ brushes I lost individually, everytime!!! I have tried to seek technical support from adobe, but there is no-one willing to assist me. I have tried to complain, but there is no-where to complain. Terrible customer service considering I've been a customer for 10+ years. Think its time to delete Photoshop and stick to Procreate.
