Photoshop crash!

Dear Photoshop team, its not possible to work with new PS 2021, which keeps crashing in most unexpected times.

    Hi,

    having the same issue on a barnd new specced up iMac, crashes causing loss of current work and having to restart my computer.

    Have tried uninstalling 22.0.1 and installing 21.2.4, updating from OS Catalina to Big Sur and running in a new test user setting with the same result, crash and loss of work. Frustrating is an understatement.

     

    iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)

    3.8 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i7

    16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

    AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB

    Big Sur

     

    Any Adobe support would be appreciated.

    I'm encountering the same problem with Photoshop. Can't use it at all. Very frustrating! Can't work and I'm paying for this to work normally.

    Adobe customer service cannot fix the problem and I keep explaining everything over and over again.

    Can somebody please help me out and fix the bugs in the new Photoshop version asap.

      Hi, the same!

      Tried reinstal, cleaning settings, new graphic card driver etc - on start crash. WIN 10, fresh ver. PS 2021.
