Photoshop Crash

Anyone having issues with their program crashing everytime they try anything beyond the main screen.  I try anthing, adjust image size, filters, liquify, i mean anything that requires a drop down tap my computer crashes and this has been going on for a few week now and it is really limiting my ability to edit as you most would understand.

Any suggestions would be great!
