What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

As I wrote:

- I reset my photoshop settings over CMD+ALT+SHIFT

- I made the update via Creative Cloud

- I uninstalled the whole Creative Suite 5.5 package

- I've cleared the rest AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool.dmg

- I cleaned my pc through clean CleanMyMac app

- I made a new install Creative Suite 5.5

- I made the update via Creative Cloud

Something else that would help me?

You had written

after update OS I have problem with Photoshop. All crashed when I clik save or save as. Save for web is possible. I uninstall all program, clean my mac a make new install and nothing. Some help for me? Thank you.

so apparently no mention of trashing Prefs for example.

This site

Older versions of Photoshop system requirements

lists 10.5 and 10.6 for CS5 so you might have upgraded your OS too much for Photoshop CS5.
