Photoshop Crash on start

Hello

When i am trying to open Photoshop its loading and after ist done it does instantly Crash and want me to send a Crash Report . 2 Hours before i had a similar Problem when i tryed to open a file it crashed aswell ( but not when i dragged a Pictured into it ) . Now i cant even open it anymore after loading it crashes . 

CPU: Amd Ryzen 2600x

GPU: Rog Strix Nvidia GeForce Gtx 1070 8GB .

Windows 64 Bit .

I dont know how to fix it .
