Photoshop Crash when saving if I zoom out

Photoshop is crashing to desktop when I save a file if I zoom out while the save is completing. Photoshop flashes the opening screen with all my projects, then crashes. When I reopen Photoshop the save has not completed (I lose all my work since the last save). This seems to happen on large files with many layers. I can't reproduce it everytime, but when I deliberately tried the layers got weird and upper layers were not displaying correctly at every zoom level until I turned them off and on again. This seems new to photoshop 2024, I was not experiencing this on previous years. I will attach the Windows Error reports I could pull, Photoshop did not prompt me to submit a crash report even though I have that enabled.
