Photoshop crashes opening the print dialog if not currently connected to all printers

My device is managed by my company's IT department and I've added several printers that are in the office to my computer. When I'm offsite I can access these printers by connecting to my company's VPN.

If I'm not connected to VPN and I press CTRL+P or go to File > Print Photoshop will freeze and stop responding and I need to close it out. However if I'm connected to VPN the print dialog will open like normal. I'd rather not risk crashing the program when trying to print if I forgot to connect to VPN earlier.
