Photoshop crashes when I open camera raw

I need your help... When I open camera raw on Photoshop, the application crashes and I have to restart my pc... I tried everything, uninstall Photoshop then camera raw, delete my preferences , but nothing helps... If you have a solution I'm interested!!

Hi!

Yu did not mention turning off your Graphics Processor card? Go to Preferences>Performance> and unclick "Use Graphics Process" Click Ok, then restart Photoshop. If it fixes the problem, then you want check and see if your GPU needs to be updated.

It's most likely crashing in your graphics processor (GPU). ACR has stricter requirements for the GPU than Photoshop.
