I have the same problem. When I want to open Photoshop (or Indesign)  nothing is happening. I don't know what to do ! I've tried everything ! I need to use the software for my job but I can't whereas I pay every mont for it ... Thank you for your help

If you can open Photoshop use menu Help>System Info... Copy and paste info here.
