Photoshop Crashing once loaded

Since I updated PS, I keep getting this crash once it's loaded.

I've reinstalled PS 4 times, I've uninstalled cloud and all the apps. I've also used the cleaner.

Still getting the same problem. I was on live chat with someone and they didn't know.

Graphic card drivers are up to date.

Windows 10 Pro
RTX 2080 Super

16gb Ram

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi there,

That shouldn't be happening sorry to hear about Photoshop crashing upon launching.

Could you please check if there are any updates pending for the operating system and see if installing those updates help?

You may also try updating the graphics drivers from Nvidia's website and see how it goes.

If nothing seems to help, then try creating a new user account on Windows 10 with admin privileges and test Photoshop on that account. Please look here for steps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4026923/windows-10-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account

Regards,
Sahil

I made a new account on my PC and photoshop worked perfectly. Just need to find out what's causing the issue on my account now. Maybe just clear everything related to Adobe and fresh install?
