Photoshop Crashing when Resizing Imagery - 2023

Hello,

 

I keep having issues when re-sizing imagery in Photoshop. It keeps crashing and I cannot use the entire app or computer. I have to force quit.

 

I have tried unticking the GPU, etc and following threads of what to do. Sadly none of this is working.

 

Please can you help!

Hello, I've had to go to an older version to make it work. I cannot use the latest version. Thank you.

Hi @Rhiannon29025860ur9l Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
