Photoshop Crashing When Using Move Tool

I have recently updated Windows 10, my graphics driver and updated Photoshop all today.

When I try to use the move tool Photoshop crashed.

Windows 10 Version : 1803 OS build 17134.48

Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 Version 397.64

Does anyone know what I can do to fix Photoshop? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
