Photoshop / Creative Cloud Issue

Since I downloaded photoshop beta my main photoshop app disappeared from my computer and I can no longer access my creative cloud on my computer to access any of my plugin’s... Has anyone else had this issue or is it "operator error" on my end... please help!!!
