Photoshop crops my .CR3 pictures when opening

Hello all,

I have a weird problem with the newest version of Photoshop (21.2.0). Say I have this picture:

As you can see the crown of the watch is perfectly visible. However when I open it on Photoshop this what happens:

It never happened before and I don't know if it is something I can fix, because it is bugging me big time.

Can you help me please?
