Photoshop CS2 and windows 10

Question

I have Photoshop CS2 CD that I was using with windows XP. I loaded this into my new Windows 10 computer and everything seems to work except anytime I pressed the alt key I get this message. " A required application library failed to load in the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application". And then it crashes and I have to start up Photoshop again. Any ideas?

If you have not downloaded the CS2 from Adobe the does not require Activation.  You cam not install your  old CS2 and Activate it for Adobe retired their CS2 activation servers.
