i purchased CS2 suite. Software crashed a number of times. I tried reinstalling with CDs then found to no avail. Read that I needed to download from your website which I have done. Still unable to activate the new downloaded software using the new serial number. Any suggestions?

Juliem96950495 what operating system are you attempting to utilize Photoshop CS2? Was Photoshop CS2 already previously installed and functioning? Is this a new computer or why did you need to reinstall Creative Suite 2?
Finally do you receive any specific error messages when Photoshop CS2 unexpectedly closes?
my laptop is using Windows 7. Photoshop was previously installed on this computer and functioned for sometime. Recently, I tried to open the program and as it begins to open then freezes my whole computer. Only way to get out is to forcibly shut down. I do not receive any messages when photoshop freezes. I do note that the program freezes after it has sorted fonts.
i just went through and deleted all the old files from the original software downloads and retried opening Photoshop. Unbelievably, it is now working. Hurray!
