Photoshop CS4 Error code: 150:30

Have installed new HD on the my Imac and reloaded OS (Sierra) & all Apps using Time Machine. Photoshop CS4 worked fine before, now gives me Error code: 150:30.

Tried to download fresh version from Adobe site but the installer gives me this message: "...file system of the Setup volume is not supported." This application originally was loaded from a disk - not an option on my Imac. I do have the serial number. Please advice. Thanks.

Unless you uninstalled CS4, you can repair the license in place with a supplied python script and OSX's own Terminal utility.

I have prepared a screenshot guide for this. All I ask is that you peruse posts 11-18 and pay attention to detail:

Hi, I tried the above (my CS4 won't work on my new MacBook pro with Sierra) but i can't open the license recovery DMG file. It downloads then just won't open. Any ideas how to proceed from here?

Thanks

I also have OSX 10.12.4  I downloaded the DMG, double-clicked it and it mounts. My account is set to "Let user administer this computer". Double-clicking the DMG looks like this, so look for a mounted drive icon.
