The number from my Photoshop CS5 is 91017964 and my Serial number: REMOVED

On last Wednesday morning I’ve got the message: probably there are subjects from your photoshop in your trash, but I couldn’t find! anything in my trash. but it is still not working, I can’t start photoshop CS5 again, because there’s missing some subjects or updates, please can you give me good advice.

I have to mention that my e-mail account is, different from the account what I’ve used by my first start, (that account is not more working)

On this moment is my e-mail: REMOVED

I hope to hear from you, kind regards, Wim Vreeburg

Thanks for your answer, I have to learn a lot, but I am a litlle in panic, because I can’t do my work now, that problem is too much for me, I have to do a lot of work, what I did already more then ten years, and now I can’t use my photoshop anymore, that’s crazy! sorry for that!

I principe I am really so happy with photoshop I’ve made the most nice things for my customers, but now I can cry!

I am working with my mac laptop, with OS X Yosemite, at first I started a long time ago with Photoshop CS3, and updated to CS5, when I will open my photoshop then there’s the message on this moment:Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application, But I don’t know what to do, I have copied my total application, and that is in my computer, even after duplicating my Applications, there’s notting changed.

I hope that you can give me advice.

The message says to reinstall. Did you try that yet? (copying files is not installing)

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

    -Forum quick start https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5601

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

What is the exact error message that you see?

    Hi Wim

Do feel able to return to this friendly forum if you have issues you'd like to discuss with the new version of Photoshop.

In the meantime it might be worth you considering learning more about using the application. Lynda.com have some useful online video tutorials and you can get a 10-day free trial. There are also some excellent books such as the QuickStart Guides and the ClassRoom in a Book series.

This is a user-to-user support forum, you need to contact customer support at Adobe. Sometimes Adobe employees answer on here but don't rely on it. Also don't publish serial numbers and personal details on these (public) forums.
